Structure:

The structure of the cartridge nut is slightly different from that of conventional nuts. They have internal embedded washers, springs, or other locking mechanisms. These mechanisms can increase the friction between nuts and bolts, thereby preventing thread loosening.

Material:

Card nuts are usually made of high-strength materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. These materials have excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, making them suitable for various environments and industrial applications.

Locking mechanism:

The clamp nut adopts different locking mechanisms to provide additional tightening force and anti loosening function. Common locking mechanisms include embedded washers, springs, locking plates, etc. These mechanisms can increase the friction between the nut and bolt, ensuring the stability of the connection.

Usage:

When using a snap nut, it is usually installed on the bolt and tightened to the required tightening force. The special design of the nut automatically provides additional locking force to prevent the bolt from loosening under vibration or load. When disassembling, specific operation steps can be followed to unlock.
